It may happen that you want to return a product. This is possible within 14 days after receipt, without giving any reason. Please note: the return costs are at your own expense, these will not be reimbursed by us.
Follow the steps below to make the return procedure as smooth as possible:

4. You will receive – if the product is received in its original condition and packaging – a refund within 14 working days.
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited for the order amount. The cost of shipping to the address you provided as well as the return costs to the web store are for your own account. We can assist you with the return process. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@elektrisk-vinsch.eu. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return provided the product has already been received back in good order. If the product can no longer be sold as new a reasonable refund will be proposed or no longer accepted.
